Each one carried out with care, pride, dedication and humility.The recipes are presented as the people behind them and their stories and personal reasons of why they are here. Each and every one of them touch the soul and makes us aware of their situations. All of them have applied for asylum but only 3% are approved.The project of this book has been a gift for me as well as a personal, emotional and professional challenge. I have was able to get to know the people who star in this book up close and at the same time be part of a project with intention, meaning, significance and purpose. It makes me very happy to have been part of it.
